Caapi and peganum harmala both equally. I personally dont discover rue any harsher on my system, and I do consume rue brews and extracted harmalas.Also imo this can make it improved for purging, which can become complicated or specially uncomfortable if it has been as well lengthy without ingesting everything.The aya experience was quite intense.
